LockedFile.active
Non-standard: This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.
The active
property allows to know if the LockedFile
object is still usable (true
) or not (false
). If the object is inactive then it is impossible to perform any read or write operation with it. Typically, a LockedFile
object becomes inactive when the LockedFile.abort()
method is called or if an error occurs.
Syntax
var state = instanceOfLockedFile.active
Value
A boolean value.
