ImageDecoder.complete
Secure context: This feature is available only in secure contexts (HTTPS), in some or all supporting browsers.
The complete read-only property of the ImageDecoder interface returns true if the data has completed buffering.
Value
A boolean, true if buffering is complete.

The following example prints the value of complete to the console.
