Element: MSGestureStart event
Non-standard: This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.
The MSGestureStart
event is fired when there's a new point of contact on the touch surface, thus starting a new gesture. When the gesture has ended, a MSGestureEnd
event will be fired.
It is a proprietary event specific to Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer.
