Context manager setting error state.
@contextlib.contextmanager tf.contrib.eager.errstate( inf_or_nan=None )
Example:
c = tf.math.log(0.) # -inf with errstate(inf_or_nan=ExecutionCallback.RAISE): tf.math.log(0.) # <-- Raises InfOrNanError.
