Prefix labels with string
prefix.For Series, the row labels are prefixed. For DataFrame, the column labels are prefixed.
Parameters: - 
prefix : str - 
The string to add before each label.
 
Returns: - Series or DataFrame
 - 
New Series or DataFrame with updated labels.
