class pandas.DatetimeTZDtype(unit='ns', tz=None) [source]

A np.dtype duck-typed class, suitable for holding a custom datetime with tz dtype.

THIS IS NOT A REAL NUMPY DTYPE, but essentially a sub-class of np.datetime64[ns]

Attributes

name	A string representation of the dtype.
names	Ordered list of field names, or None if there are no fields.
tz	The timezone.
unit	The precision of the datetime data.
