Filters whether the logged in cookie should only be sent over HTTPS.

Parameters

$secure_logged_in_cookie

(bool) Whether the logged in cookie should only be sent over HTTPS.

$user_id

(int) User ID.

$secure

(bool) Whether the auth cookie should only be sent over HTTPS.
