Filters whether to send an email following an automatic background plugin update.

Parameters

$enabled: (bool) True if plugin update notifications are enabled, false otherwise.
$update_results: (array) The results of plugins update tasks.

wp-admin/includes/class-wp-automatic-updater.php: WP_Automatic_Updater::after_plugin_theme_update()	If we tried to perform plugin or theme updates, check if we should send an email.
