Filters the oEmbed URL to be fetched.

Parameters

$provider

(string) URL of the oEmbed provider.

$url

(string) URL of the content to be embedded.

$args

(array) Additional arguments for retrieving embed HTML. See wp_oembed_get() for accepted arguments. Default empty.
