Description
UNHOOKING THIS FUNCTION WILL NOT PROPERLY REMOVE THE ADMIN BAR. For that, use show_admin_bar(false) or the ‘show_admin_bar’ filter.
Return
(bool) Whether the admin bar was successfully initialized.
