Reflection::getModifierNames — Gets modifier names
Description
public static Reflection::getModifierNames ( int $modifiers ) : array
Gets modifier names.
Parameters

Bitfield of the modifiers to get.
Return Values
An array of modifier names.

The above example will output something similar to:
