runkit7_function_add ( string $funcname , string $arglist , string $code [, bool $return_by_reference = null [, string $doc_comment = null [, string $return_type [, bool $is_strict ]]]] ) : bool
runkit7_function_add ( string $funcname , Closure $closure [, string $doc_comment = null [, string $return_type [, bool $is_strict ]]] ) : bool
