Interface DOMImplementationCSS

public interface DOMImplementationCSS extends DOMImplementation
This interface allows the DOM user to create a CSSStyleSheet
outside the context of a document. There is no way to associate the new CSSStyleSheet
with a document in DOM Level 2.
