Detailed Description

The frosted glass material has the following properties:

Property Name Property Type Description
roughness real Roughness of the material. Range is [0, 1], with 0 being totally reflective. Default is 0.
blur_size real Amount of blurring behind the glass. Range is [0, 50]. Default is 8.0.
uEnvironmentMappingEnabled bool Does the material use an environment map. Default is true.
uShadowMappingEnabled bool Does the material use a baked shadow map. Default is false.
glass_bfactor real Glass bump map strength. Default is 0.0.
glass_binside bool Should the bump map be used only for the internal lighting. Default is false.
uFresnelPower real Fresnel power of the material. Default is 1.0.
reflectivity_amount real Reflectivity of the material. Range is [0, 1], with 1 being totally reflective. Default is 1.
glass_ior real Index of refraction for the material. Sensible range for different types of glass is [1.4, 2.1]. Default is 1.5.
intLightFall real Light intensity falloff rate. Default is 2.0.
intLightRot real The angle of lightsource. Band is perpendicular to this. Range is [0, 360]. Default is 0.
intLightBrt real Brightness of the band-light. Default is 0.
bumpScale real Scale of the bump bands. Range is [0, 5]. Default is 0.5.
bumpBands int Number of the bump bands. Range is [0, 10]. Default is 1.
bumpCoords vector3d Bump coordinates of the refraction. Default is Qt.vector3d(1, 1, 1).
intLightPos vector2d Position of the band-light in the UV space. Default is Qt.vector2d(0.5, 0).
glass_color vector3d Base color of the material. Default is Qt.vector3d(0.9, 0.9, 0.9).
intLightCol vector3d Color of the band-light. Default is Qt.vector3d(0.9, 0.9, 0.9).
glass_bump TextureInput Additional bump texture map for the surface. Default is a Texture with source "maps/spherical_checker.png".
uEnvironmentTexture TextureInput The environment texture map. Enabled when uEnvironmentMappingEnabled is true. Default is a Texture with source "maps/spherical_checker.png".
uBakedShadowTexture TextureInput The baked shadow texture map. Enabled when uShadowMappingEnabled is true. Default is a Texture with source "maps/shadow.png".
randomGradient1D TextureInput A texture map used to create the random bumpiness of the material together with randomGradient2D, randomGradient3D, and randomGradient4D. Default is a Texture with source "maps/randomGradient1D.png".
randomGradient2D TextureInput A texture map used to create the random bumpiness of the material together with randomGradient1D, randomGradient3D, and randomGradient4D. Default is a Texture with source "maps/randomGradient3D.png".
randomGradient3D TextureInput A texture map used to create the random bumpiness of the material together with randomGradient1D, randomGradient2D, and randomGradient4D. Default is a Texture with source "maps/randomGradient3D.png".
randomGradient4D TextureInput A texture map used to create the random bumpiness of the material together with randomGradient1D, randomGradient2D, and randomGradient3D. Default is a Texture with source "maps/randomGradient4D.png".
