intrinsics are unlikely to ever be stabilized, instead they should be used through stabilized interfaces in the rest of the standard library

Bitwise nand with the current value, returning the previous value.

The stabilized version of this intrinsic is available on the AtomicBool type via the fetch_nand method by passing Ordering::AcqRel as the order. For example, AtomicBool::fetch_nand.
