CSS Device Adaptation
Method of overriding the size of viewport in web page using the @viewport
rule, replacing Apple's own popular <meta>
viewport implementation. Includes the extend-to-zoom
width value.

Notes
Due to lack of implementation this specification is slated to be retired.
IE only supports the 'width' and 'height' properties.
Opera Mobile and Opera Mini only support the 'orientation' property.
