Plugin commands.

| SHOW PLUGINS | Display information about installed plugins. |
| INSTALL PLUGIN | Install a plugin. |
| UNINSTALL PLUGIN | Remove a single installed plugin. |
| INSTALL SONAME | Installs all plugins from a given library. |
| UNINSTALL SONAME | Remove all plugins belonging to a specified library. |
| mysql_plugin | Tool for enabling or disabling plugins. |
