Communication choices for CollectiveOps.

  • AUTO: Default to runtime's automatic choices.
  • RING: TensorFlow's ring algorithms for all-reduce and all-gather.
  • NCCL: Use ncclAllReduce for all-reduce, and ring algorithms for all-gather.
