TextBundleWriter
class TextBundleWriter implements BundleWriterInterface
Writes .txt resource bundles.
The resulting files can be converted to binary .res files using a {@link \Symfony\Component\Intl\ResourceBundle\Compiler\BundleCompilerInterface} implementation.
