Parameters

| bool | $first | Whether to return the first occurrence or an array of filenames |

| string|array | The full path to the file or an array of file paths |
Exceptions
| InvalidArgumentException | If $name is empty |
| FileLocatorFileNotFoundException | If a file is not found |
