contextualIdentities.onUpdated
Fired when the properties of a contextual identity, such as its name, icon, or color, are changed. Contextual identities may be updated by extensions using the contextualIdentities
API, or directly by the user, using the browser's user interface.
Syntax
browser.contextualIdentities.onUpdated.addListener(listener) browser.contextualIdentities.onUpdated.removeListener(listener) browser.contextualIdentities.onUpdated.hasListener(listener)
Events have three functions:
addListener(listener)
- Adds a listener to this event.
removeListener(listener)
- Stop listening to this event. The
listener
argument is the listener to remove. hasListener(listener)
- Check whether
listener
is registered for this event. Returnstrue
if it is listening,false
otherwise.

. An object that contains a single property,contextualIdentity
, which is acontextualIdentities.ContextualIdentity
object representing the identity whose properties were updated.
