ROWID_VALID_OTHER

Indicates that the lifetime of a RowId from this data source is indeterminate; but not one of ROWID_VALID_TRANSACTION, ROWID_VALID_SESSION, or, ROWID_VALID_FOREVER.

ROWID_VALID_SESSION
